Objectives and Principles
Garuda Objectives- To develop theories, models and tools to be used in connection with recruitment as well as personal and organizational development.
- To make our analysis tools suitable for use in operations of all sizes and by people on all organizational levels.
- To design our tools so that users can utilize all features of the tools after a fairly short Certification Training and a period of practical work with the tools.
- To devise tools that the user can ultimately use fully independently.
- To ensure that all parties involved shall gain something positive and rewarding from using the tools.
